When people think of the term "wholesale" they usually think of finding items at a price that is much less expensive than retail. In other words, they want to pay prices that retailers pay. This price is much much less than what they can find out in the malls or online.
When it comes to handbags, primarily designer handbags, who wouldn’t want to find them at wholesale prices. Especially when we’re talking in the thousands of dollars. It’s certainly understandable to want to go the extra mile to see if buying wholesale can be achieved.
But what I want you think about is that now with products being available everyone online, the competition is greater! When there is a lot of competition, prices go down.
In a mall, if there is only one Chanel boutique for example (which there probably is) then there is no need for that merchant to reduce prices. If you want it than that’s where you have to buy it.
Now as far as selling online goes virtually everyone in the world is your competition. Therefore, that’s why prices online are usually less.
So I say don’t be so strict on finding an actual "wholesale" site because in this day and age of the internet, you can end up paying wholesale prices very easily without the need to be a wholesaler.
Take eBay for example, there are millions of products being added each day. And they are added by not only merchants but every day people clearing out their closets. It is not uncommon to find brand new designer handbags at wholesale prices because the seller may have gotten it as a gift and is willing to sell it for whatever they can get because he or she does not like the style.
You may also find a seller that didn’t utilize the system properly by either not using keywords correctly or listing at odd times which gives you an edge on the price as there may not be many bids on that item.
I urge you to think outside the box when searching for fashion handbags at wholesale prices. Sure, try to find those resources if you still desire however venture out into the auction world. The prices you’ll find will be very close to wholesale prices and in the end, that’s all that matters.
